Here is a link to the YouTube video On the 10 March at 5:35pm I found a JMPD vehicle (registration CR61DSGP) double parked in Kotze Street in Hillbrow. Where were the 4 officers? They were busy eating at a restaurant. I went in, asked the officers why they had double parked and the one explained that they would be leaving shortly....
